Karri & Tallow products are handmade and packed in small batches in Western Australia.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days.
As a small, owner-operated business, there may be occasional periods (such as FIFO work commitments) where dispatch times extend slightly. If this occurs, customers will always be notified.

Karri & Tallow products are made using natural ingredients and may be affected by temperature during transit.

These changes do not affect product quality or performance and are considered a normal part of shipping natural, handmade skincare.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the postal service.
