Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of handmade skincare and personal care products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

We take great care in preparing and packing every order and encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Skincare and personal care products

  • Sale items or gift cards

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Skin Sensitivity & Reactions

As individual skin responses vary, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to skin sensitivity, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or appearance.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of any product.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
